Mr. Nicholas Burns, Ambassador of the United States of America to the People’s Republic of China (PRC), and his wife, accompanied by Mr. James Heller, Consul General at the U.S. Consulate General in Shanghai, with a delegation of 11 people, visited the Bibliotheca Zi-ka-wei of Shanghai Library at 4:30 p.m. on April 25th, 2023. Mr. Chen Chao, Director of Shanghai Library, accompanied the reception.
