With the cancellation of the reservation policy, in order to resume normal service of circulation as soon as possible, Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific & Technical Information of Shanghai) will resume the overdue fine for loaned literature (including books, periodicals, e-book readers, reading pens, listening books, etc.) from July 1st, 2023.
We want to ensure a smooth transition to the overdue fine policy by streamlining the process, and urge more readers to take advantage of the free period before July 1st to return the overdue literature, so the due date of the literature that is loaned before June 2nd will automatically be adjusted (extended) to June 30th.
Please arrange the return time reasonably.
