Starting from April 6, 2023, readers of the Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shanghai) are not required to make reservations for entering the library, and there is no reservation requirement for the library's free parking service.

The library on the Huaihai Road and Bibliotheca Zi-Ka-Wei: Closed on Sunday
Shanghai Library East: Closed on Monday

2. The library on the Huaihai Road does not provide book loan services for children.
Please bring your physical library card with you when you need to request books from the closed stack.
