During National Day holiday in 2021, the opening hours of Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shanghai) are as follows:
October 1st-3rd (Legal holiday, Friday to Sunday): open from 9:00 to 16:00,
October 4th (Monday): closed,
October 5th-7th (Tuesday to Thursday): open as usual.
In terms of the opening areas and service details (reader registration, borrow & return services, reading services, exhibition services, etc.) in the library, please refer to the "Announcement on Full Opening of the Shanghai Library during the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control" issued on March 30th, 2021, and "Announcement on the adjustment of reading rooms of Shanghai Library on Huaihai Road" issued on August 27th, 2021.
