The 2021 International Marketing Award of IFLA was announced, and three Chinese libraries were shortlisted in the top 10. Among them, Quan Cheng Study - Expressman Station (Ji Nan Library) won the second place. The other two projects are: My Battle against Covid-19, Online Pop Up Reading Marathon (Shanghai Library) and The Comics of Wenzhou Library (Wenzhou Library).

IFLA International Marketing Award was founded in 2002, and has been continuously selected for 18 times. This is an international award for the implementation of innovative, results oriented marketing projects and activities in libraries.

Libraries in China have been actively participating in the selection of the awards. In 2012, Tsinghua University Library's "Fall in Love with Library Videos and Shelving Games" Project won the first prize. The news greatly encouraged more Chinese libraries to pay attention to and apply for the award. In 2020, Foshan City Library, Ningbo City Library and Wuhan University Library were also among the top ten of the award.
