On January 25, 2021, National Cultural Big Data Standard System was released. According to the plan, the standard system has 56 items in 6 categories (Basic, Regulatory, Supply Side, Production Side, Cloud Side and Demand Side). The construction objectives are as follows:

1. To provide the method support of classification, identification and valuation for cultural big data, and promote the construction of cultural big database.

2. Provide technical support for production, communication, service and consumption of cultural big data, and promote the construction of cultural network platform.

3. Provide regulatory support for the supervision of cultural big data and promote the ecological construction of cultural industry.

4. Support the international standardization work in the field of culture and enhance the discourse power of international cultural communication.
