During the New Year's Day holiday in 2022, the opening hours of the Shanghai Library (Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of Shanghai) are as follows:
January 1st (National holiday, Saturday): open from 9:00 to 16:00,
January 2nd (Sunday): open on normal hours,
January 3rd (Monday): closed.
In terms of the opening areas and service details (reader registration, borrow & return services, reading services, exhibition services, etc.) in the library, please refer to the "Announcement on Full Opening of the Shanghai Library during the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control" issued on March 30th, 2021, and "Announcement on the adjustment of reading rooms of Shanghai Library on Huaihai Road" issued on August 27th, 2021.
In addition, the opening hours of each branch and service point of the Shanghai Central Library are subject to their respective announcements.
