About the book
This book contains the author’s latest thinking and research  on public libraries’ inquiry service in recent years. Inquiry service is the public libraries’ strategic, creative and dialectical thinking for the future. About the author
Wang Shiwei, Former director of Institute of information, Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, researcher, has rich research results in library science, information science, historical literature study and other fields. In recent year, he mainly specializes in think-tank research, big data and national security study. He was the group leader of various important projects of national social science foundation and was invited to give lectures in US, Japan, Britain and Germany.
