 The Shanghai Library (Institute of Science and Technical Information of Shanghai) will orderly reopen to the public from March 13. More information about the library opening is as follows:

 1. Opening hours: 12: 30-16: 30.

 2. Adult books and magazines borrowing and returning only available. The open areas of Shanghai Library (1555 Middle Huaihai Road) are: the main entrance hall on the 1^st floor, the (temporary) book return office, Chinese Books and Periodicals Lending Room, Catalog Hall, IPAC Public Inquiry Directory Area, Reference Lending Area, Book Lending Self-sterilization Area on the 2^nd floor and the 24-hour Self-help Book Returning Kiosk at the east gate of Shanghai Library.

 3. Currently only online appointments for readers are accepted.

 4. Readers without an online appointment will be discouraged from entering the library.

 5. Please show your Shanghai QR Code when you arrive Shanghai Library. You can enter the library with your green-colored Shanghai QR Code.

 6. Please return all overdue books and periodicals when you come to the library. The overdue fees for documentation during the period of epidemic prevention and control shall be exempted.

 7. The total number of readers entering the library shall be controlled. Readers must wear a mask all the way and keep a distance of more than 1.5m. Readers with abnormal body temperature (≥37.3 ℃), cough, or shortness of breath, etc., will not be admitted.
