Mrs. Maribel, Foreign President of Confucius Institute of Catholic University, Professor Huang Hao, Chinese President, and Mr. Ruben Tang, Vice President, visited Shanghai Library on December 3, 2019. Mr. Zhou Deming, Deputy Director of Shanghai Library, reviewed the past experience of exchanges and cooperation with the foreign side. In the future, Shanghai Library will continue to provide Confucius Institute of Catholic University of Peru with e-book complimentary service, and will also use the collection resources to hold more characteristic exhibitions in combination with the characteristics of the local people of Peru.

Later the delegation visited the Bibliotheca Zi-ka-wei and highly praised its collection of western ancient books.
