A 2-member delegation led by Mr. Samir Hadzic, President of Montenegro-China Friendship Association, visited the Shanghai Library accompanied by Zhang Junxia, Principal Staff Member of Europe and America Department of Shanghai People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries on December 6, 2019. He Yi, Deputy Director of Shanghai Library met with the foreign guests and had a cordial talk with them.

President Hadzic said that the main purpose of this visit is to seek cooperation opportunities with Shanghai Library, especially the cooperation of "Window of Shanghai" project. He expected to set up cultural exchange sites in the local Friendship Association of Montenegro in the mode of combination of books, travel and related promotion activities, so as to better promote mutual understanding between the two peoples and deepen friendship between the two countries. Vice director He Yi thanked President Hadzic for his attention to the Shanghai Library and the "Window of Shanghai" project. He also expressed his willingness to send books of "Window of Shanghai" to Montenegro as a gift to help the local people better understand China and Shanghai.
