A 7-member delegation led by Kevin Michael John Quirk，President of International Federation of Translators, visited Shanghai Library on November 13, 2019. Mrs. Yang Ping, Vice Secretary General of Translators Association of China, Mrs. Shen Wenzhong, Secretary General of Shanghai Federation of Literary and Art Circles (SFLAC), and Mrs. Qian Chunmei, Director of the Office of SFLAC, accompanied with the delegation during the visit. After meeting with Lou Wei, Secretary of CPC Shanghai Library Committee, and Lin Jun, Deputy Director of Shanghai Library, Mr. Quirk visited the exhibition “From Inspiration to Masterpiece: Manuscript Collection of Shanghai Library” and expressed the expectations for further cooperation and communication with Shanghai Library.

Yu Jiang, Director of Office of Party Affairs of Shanghai Library and relevant staff of Historical Documentation Center and International Cooperation Division also attended these reception activities.
