Wu Jianzhong, the director of Shanghai Library, met with the visiting Consul General of Slovenia in Shanghai Mr. Bojan Skoda and his entourage Ms. Wang Luokai on July 19.
A library-goer, Mr. Bojan Skoda recounted to the host some of amusing personal anecdotes about his involvement to the library, and expressed his wishes of strengthening the bilateral collaboration and exchange activities between the Consulate and the Library. This was echoed by Wu Jianzhong, who extended his outlooks of a long-term friendly relationship as well as the expectation of the sound development of the “Window of Shanghai” project in the City Library of Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia. The visit was ended with a brief tour of the library building and an introduction by Mr. Wu of the screen matrix displaying the real-time business data of the Shanghai Central Library System. |
