A Visit from Cultural Consul of the Iran Consulate General in Shanghai

| On March 17, 2016, Mr. Behnam Azad, Cultural Consul of the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Shanghai, visited the Shanghai Library and received by the Library Director Dr. Wu Jianzhong. Issues regarding the cooperation between the Shanghai Library and the Iran Consulate General in Shanghai were preliminary discussed by both sides. Dr. Wu said that the Shanghai Library would provide strong support to the 2016 Iranian cultural exchange activities and expressed the wish that the two countries can build increasingly closer relationship so as to make more Shanghai citizens understand Iran. |
