Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Shanghai Visited the Shanghai Library

| On September 23, 2015, Mr. Seyed Mohammad Hadi Sobhani, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Shanghai, and Mr.Khodabin, Vice Consul and the Cultural Attaché Mr. Behnam Azad visited the Shanghai Library. Director Dr. Wu Jianzhong received and held talks with the guests. About to resign the current position, Mr. Sobhani came specially this time to bid his farewell to Dr. Wu and donated books to the Shanghai Library, hoping for the further cooperation and development between the libraries of the two countries. Dr. Wu said although Mr. Sobhani would soon leave China, he would never forget the great effort that Mr. Sobhani had made to promote the cultural exchange between Iran and China, as well as the friendship of Iran people and Iranian culture. |
