Quote from the lecture:

讲座插图More than 70 years ago when the Jews were violently persecuted and killed by Nazi Germany, almost all the countries in the world closed their doors to Jewish refugees, which means nothing but allowing them to be killed. When reviewing the history, we can proudly say that the Chinese people and the city of Shanghai made the right choice in this battle of good and evil. We opened our doors to Jewish refugees, and did everything we could to save them.

The year of 2015 is the 70th anniversary of the victory of the world anti-fascist war. Let’s review the history together.
