The First Season of the "Modern Shanghai Urban Culture Documentary" Produced by the Shanghai Library Launched Online
"Modern Shanghai Urban Culture Documentary" is a thematic documentary produced by the Shanghai Library. This documentary has taken historical facts with Shanghai geographical features and important impacts on the history of modern Chinese cultural development as an entry point, and in the multimedia form to reveal the special collections and research achievements of the Shanghai Library, in order to further promote the literature service. In March 2015, the library initially launched four episodes in eight sections, respectively, "The Swan Song of the Traditional New Year Poster --- Shanghai Xiao Jiaochang New Year Posters", "Civilization Written on the Stone- Modern Shanghai Lithography", "City Cultural Landmarks --- Shanghai Cinema Houses" "Not Just Sightseeing Tours --- Modern Shanghai Tourism". In line with the publicity, the Shanghai Library has put the documentary on the library website, and readers can click the section "Links" and access the "Resource Sharing Project of the Shanghai Digital Culture Network" to watch the documentary online (http://whgx.library.sh.cn/zt/jdshcswh/ index.html). |
