Beijing's First Subway Library Opened The first phase offers 10 free e-books for online reading
 
Beijing's first subway Library - "M Subway • Library" was officially launched on January 12. The first phase organizes the cultural activity with the theme "Our Texts" and offers 10 free e-books for passengers to read online. Passengers can access the full-text books by scanning the two-dimensional codes in the compartment and completing the registration.
M Subway • Library is a large-scale public project co-sponsored by Jinggang MTR Corporation and the National Library of China. The purpose is to develop part of the high-quality resources of the National Library by relying on subway, the public transport platform, so that passengers can have an additional reading platform and place during their commute. M Subway • Library will regularly organize various themed events, and proved long-term and high-quality books and resources for free reading in the new media environment. At the same time, each year it will recommend to the public dozens of excellent full-text e-books for free reading on the subway.
