| On October 22-23, Director Wu Jianzhong went with the Ministry of Culture delegation to Niigata in Japan attending the "Dialogue between Chinese, Japanese, French and Korean Cities". The conference was opened in Niigata International Conference Center and lasted two days. The first day was a dialogue between 10 cities from 4 countries, divided into 3 sections, including culture and food, culture and industry and culture and happiness.
