On the morning of August 1, 2014, Mr. Naveen Srivastava, Consul General of India in Shanghai, and Mr. Vijay Bhatia, Cultural Consul of India in Shanghai, visited the Shanghai Library. The Library Director Dr. WU Jianzhong held a talk with the guests. During the conversation, the two sides discussed on jointly organizing a photo exhibition of Indian culture, and expressed both hopes to promote the cultural exchange between the two countries.

After the meeting, the guests visited the Library in company with Director WU.
