On August 28, 2014, Mr. HE Yi, deputy director of the Shanghai Library met with Mr. Rubén Tang, director of the Confucius Institute of Catholic University of Peru. The two sides each introduced the Library and the Confucius Institute, and expressed both wishes to have further cooperation with each other on such areas like “Window of Shanghai” book donation, exhibition exchanges, and so forth.
