At 16:00 on July 9, 2014, Director Wu Jianzhong gave his warm welcome to the foreign guests attending the Seventh Shanghai International Library Forum in the VIP Room of the library. More than 20 guests were present at the meeting, including Ms. Sinikka Sipilä, President of IFLA, Ms. Ingrid Parent, former President of IFLA, directors of overseas partner libraries of the “Window of Shanghai” and etc. After the meeting, Director Wu Jianzhong accompanied the foreign guests touring the Genealogy Reading Room, Ancient Inscriptions Show Room, Maker Space and other service areas with special features in the library.
