A Visit from the Senior Representatives of John Wiley and Sons Publishing

| On December 4, 2014, Robert Long, Director of Sales of John Wiley and Sons Publishing and his party of four people visited the Shanghai Library. Zhou Deming, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Library received the visiting foreign guests in the VIP room on the second floor. Mr. Ni Daoming, Director of the Acquisitions and Cataloging Center and Ms. Liang Su, Chief of the Foreign Language Material Acquisitions and Cataloging Department took part in this meeting. On behalf of the Library, Director Zhou expressed the hope that the meeting would promote the bilateral cooperation in the field of e-books. Mr. Robert Long introduced the historical development of the publishing house, and he also expressed his hope to further deepen the cooperation between the two parties, and expand their business exchanges with the Shanghai Library. |
