A Visit from the Library Community of Lithuania

| On the morning of October 14, 2014, Ms. Rūta Skorupskaitė from the Vilnius County Adomas Mickevicius Public Library and her husband Mr. Kazys Mackevičius, Director of Lithuanian Technical Library visited the Shanghai Library. Dr. WU Jianzhong, Director of the Shanghai Library received the guests. During the meeting, Dr. WU expressed his appreciation to Ms. Skorupskaiė for the constant support for the "Window of Shanghai" project from her library. In the meantime, both sides are looking forward to the forthcoming picture exhibition themed on "A City’s Transition and Development - World Cities Day and the Expo 2010 Shanghai China" to be held in the Vilnius County Adomas Mickevicius Public Library. |
