The Shaanxi Cultural Heritage Book Centre will officially settle in Xi'an Beilin (Forest of Stone Steles) Museum on May 17. It is the country's first subject library on heritage books. The Heritage Book Centre has a collection of up to 150,000 items, including mainly thread-bound books, paperback books and back-issue newspapers and periodicals, of which there are 4,199 thread-bound books.
