On May 16, 2013, accompanied by Consul Mr. Faraiditto Suharyono from the Consul General of the Republic of Indonesia, a 30-person delegation led by Ms. Suprihati Badjuri Abdullah, librarian of the National Library of Indonesia, visited the Shanghai Library. This delegation had digital library and reading interests in orientation. Dr. WU Jianzhong, director of the Shanghai Library received the delegation. The two sides held a pleasant conversation. Director WU first extended welcome and introduced the Shanghai Library to the Indonesian guests. Then, he gave answers to the questions put by the Indonesian colleagues. Both sides hoped to further cooperation in the near future, especially in the field of “Window of Shanghai” project. After the meeting, the delegation visited the Library.
