On April 9, 2013, a 5-person delegation led by Mr. Saidkamol Agzamkhodjaev, consul general of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Shanghai, visited the Shanghai Library, and met with the Library director Dr. WU Jianzhong. The two sides held a short book donation ceremony. The contents of the donation were introduced to Dr. WU by Mr. Agzamov Alisher, attaché of culture of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Dr. WU extended appreciations to the guests, and hoped to further cooperation and exchanges between the Shanghai Library and Uzbekistan library.
