On December 6 2013, a four-person delegation led by Mr. Florin Marius TACU, Consul General of Romania in Shanghai, visited the Shanghai Library and donated 21 titles of books, altogether 50 volumes. Mr. Daniel Tomozei, author of “Dialogur La Beijing”, one of the donated books, was also present at the ceremony. Mr. HE Yi, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Library received the donation on behalf of the Library.
