The music librayr opened by the Tianjin Library has received the attention of many music lovers. Currently, the “Music Enjoyment Area” and “Music Teaching Area” are open to the general public, and the other areas will be opened gradually at the beginning of this year. In order to meet the music needs of the Tianjin readers, so far, the Tianjin Library has launched four series, with altogether 16 music lectures. This year there will be more diverse and professional services presenting to the readers. The “Professional Appreciation and In-depth Experience Area” will take advantage of high-quality professional audio equipments to provide music lovers with an area to enjor high-quality music outside the concert hall. The Music Library will also set up a "Philharmonic Club”, regularly organize professional music appreciation activities, and organize artists and the Philharmonic Club members to exchange ideas and establish friendship relations. The Music library has also established a most professional recording studio, where readers can make records of their original songs, and make recordings of single songs and albums, as well as conducting such projects as MIDI music productions under the guidance of sound engineers. The “Music Reading Area” provides readers of different levels with books and journals on music theory, sheet music, musical instruments, music performances and music equipments, etc.
