Introduction:
Compared with people in other countries, the Chinese white-collar workers have to bear a lot of different pressures, such as high prices, long overtime, fewer vacations, interpersonal tensions, low salaries and etc. In addition, a lot of young people have such bad habits as eating junk food, drinking, and irregular work and rest hours. These factors have contributed to the Chinese salary people’s sub-health state. "Big belly", hair loss, memory loss and other problems are commonly found in young white-collar workers in China, which is a great threat to the Chinese human resources.
In this lecture, Professor Zhu Weimo will share with you his opinion on a healthy lifestyle.
