On October 15th 2013, Mr. Stephen L. Nickle, Multi-Area Manager, Asia/Pacific/Africa, The Genealogical Society of Utah, and Mr. Danny Chin paid a visit to the Shanghai Library, and had a talk with Mr. ZHOU Deming, Deputy Director of the Shanghai Library, Mr. CHEN Jianhua, Deputy Chief of the Historical Documentation Center, and Ms. GU Yan, Librarian (Research Associate). This was the third visit from the Society this year, which aimed to further cooperation with the Library. The two sides exchanged ideas on some modifications to the “Memorandum of Genealogy Exchange”, which was expected to be formally signed by the end of this December.
