On September 17, a three-member delegation led by Mr. Samir Hadzic, director of Montenegrin Association for Friendship with China paid a formal visit to the Shanghai Library, in the company of Mr. David Huiming Tan, council member for Affairs of Central and East European Countries of Shanghai People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Affairs. Dr. WU Jianzhong, director of the Shanghai Library received and exchanged ideas with the guests. The two sides reached a consensus on establishing a “Window of Shanghai” collection in Bar of Montenegro and signing the related memorandum of understanding. Both sides hope to maintain close cooperation in the future.
