Dr. Wen-Chung Pan, Vice President of Taiwan Academy for Educational Research, visited the Shanghai Library in the afternoon of 22nd September, 2011. Mr. LIU Wei, deputy director of the Shanghai Library discussed with Dr. Pan and introduced the library’s overall management and operation to the latter. After looking around the public open areas of the Shanghai Library, Dr. Pan expressed his sincere gratitude for having learned plenty of management experience from the Shanghai Library.
