introduction:

Adjustments of concentration have been made on the book’s subject and content, making it more extensive, representative and operational. Firstly, the scope of study is further expanded, adding the commercial developments in other developed countries like Germany, Australia, and New Zealand. World-renowned metropolises, such as Chicago (U.S.A.), Vancouver (Canada), Birmingham (the U.K.), Lyon (France), Hamburg (Germany) and Osaka (Japan), are picked out for analysis. Secondly, the selection of objectives grows more representative. For instance, researches on India and Russia are performed that could well represent the nations with emerging markets. Thirdly, more attentions are paid to the developing trends of enterprises with an increased number of case studies that analyze, for instance, mergers and acquisitions of famous enterprises, real-estate companies, transnational retailers in the United States, Europe and Japan. In addition, abstracts or summaries of some authoritative academic papers and works in the very field are selectively added into appendix with the purpose of providing the latest information and research results over the globe for basic commercial research.
