New Information Platform Established by Shanghai Library
| A new public information platform was recently established, targeted at small- and medium-sized enterprises. Entitled 'Chuang Zhi Yuan (literally means 'source of creation') @ Shanghai Library', the platform is built ontohttp://www.istis.sh.cn/ and the corresponding service point set up in Patents Standards & Technical Reports Reading Room (3F). It provides services including documents search and delivery, translation, corporate consultation and training, media monitoring, industrial analysis, market researches and so forth. |
