From 11th to 13th October, 2011, the Shanghai Library delegation paid a visit to Estonia and communicated with the Estonian colleagues. Three academies there showed potential for setting up ‘Window of Shanghai’ collections.

The Law School of Tallinn University gladly accepted 8 books and a ‘Window of Shanghai’ nameplate from the Shanghai Library. The receiver is Mr. Indrek Grauberg, vice president of the school, and Mr. Rein Mullerson, rector of the school.

The Confucius Institute of Tallinn University gladly accepted 4 books and a ‘Window of Shanghai’ nameplate from the Shanghai Library. The receiver is Mr. Lin Ke, dean of the institute.

The Shanghai Library donated 4 titles to University of Tartu Library. The vice president of the university received the donation.

The Shanghai Library will discuss further cooperation with the above three academies.
