The official opening ceremony for ‘Window of Shanghai’ Collection was held on 19th October, 2011 in Vilnius County Adomas Mickevicius Public Library, Lithuania. Mr. Tong Mingtao, Chinese Ambassador to Lithuania and Mr. Ceslovas Jursenas, president of Lithuanian parliament together unveiled ‘Window of Shanghai’ and respectively delivered a speech for the ceremony.
