Ms. Megan Jones, Deputy Consul General of Australia in Shanghai, paid a visit to the Shanghai Library, accompanied with Ms. Vivian WANG, Research and Public Affairs Officer of the Australian Consulate General. Dr. Jianzhong WU, director of the Shanghai Library, received the guests and suggested the library and the consulate have diverse cultural communications with each other. He promised that the Shanghai Library would proceed to promote Australian culture. Ms. Jones also expected to have further cooperation and exchange with the Shanghai Library.
